• Where is the store based?

  Philadelphia, PA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I do! But shipping outside the US will be more expensive especially right now during the pandemic

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I am a one person business and I hand make everything to order. There is a 3-5 week turn around time on orders. If you need something by a specific date please remember this.
  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How will I know when it ships?

  I send out an auto generated email that contains a tracking number. Make sure you check spam folders. Sometimes it can take a day or two for the post office to scan it in after I drop it off

• I received a tracking number but it hasn’t updated at all?

  After I drop orders off at the post office, I no longer have control of them or knowledge where they are. If the label hasn’t been updated and its been more than a couple days since receiving tracking, I cannot give you updates.

• What happens if my order never shows up?

  This is super unfortunate but out of my control. You can message me to see if the order can be resent but this will not always be possible.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
